When I was diagnosed with lymphoedema I fely very isolated and emotionally low as there was very little information on the condition. While I was waiting to see the NHS lymphoedema nurse I saw an article by Mary offering her skills in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. After seeing the article I promptly made an appointment, and thank goodness I did!

Within the very first session Mary gave me immediate information about my condition. After having the consultation with her I found myself more confident on how to cope, and more importantly, how to manage my condition. Mary was extremely sensitive, professional and friendly from the very first time that we met and this has continued throughout my 4 years of treatment sessions with her.

I have a regular four weekly massage and I look forward to my relaxing appointments. I can say without any hesitation that the massages definately improve the lymphatic drainage in my arm as well as being a relaxing experience.

I would highly recommend anyone with any lymphatic problem to seek the advice, support and skills of Mary as she has changed what was a major problem in my life into a minor hitch.

Having received MLD treatment from Mary over the past few years, this has prevented me having an operation with problems I have with my sinuses. I have regular treatments with Mary and would recommend MLD to anyone, it not only helps my sinus trouble but gives me a general feeling of well-being.
